Millionaire technology investor Cathie Wood, who relocated to St. Petersburg from New York City in November, kicked off plans Tuesday to build a 45,000-square-foot state-of-the-art incubator center for technology entrepreneurs at its site on Fourth Street South.

Indiana Brewery With FL Craft Beer Ties To Open Sarasota Taproom

An Indiana brewery with ties to Florida’s craft brewing scene is opening a brewery and taproom in Sarasota this summer. Sun King Brewery will take over JDub’s Brewing Company’s former 5,000-square-foot flagship location at 1215 Mango Ave. JDub’s closed its Sarasota location last year after struggling during the COVID-19 pandemic.

New Affordable Housing Complex In Bradenton Has 800+ Applicants

More than 800 families signed up before Sandpiper Place Apartments, a new affordable housing complex located at 4605 26th Street W., even opened its application process, the developer, Blue Sky Communities, shared on its Facebook page.
