CLEVELAND (WJW) – COVID-19, put together with hundreds of cancellations nationwide, made for some challenging getaway journey for several airline passengers. Hundreds of U.S. flights ended up canceled and hundreds much more delayed due to COVID-connected staffing problems.

The Turner household was keen to board their Spirit flight to Orlando to shell out Xmas with family members.
